It is an awesome series: Nice music, memorable characters, cool action and car chase/ chase scenes, westernized style...
but a downer ending. movie: Nice music(as usual), memorable characters, cool fight scenes, fluid animation, and the English dub never sucks. | ||

Dark, Gothic and crazy. If you aren't into mystery type anime, then don't watch this. This anime can make you
feel like watching while a heavy cloud of darkness and gloominess is hovering above you =_= tragic ending, numerous cool characters killed, and epic "normal" scenes (who says eating a potato chip can't look awesome?) | ||

9.50 (excellent) | Hetalia is much funnier in the anime but the yonkoma has more strips yet to be animated. Some episodes are very funny while some are bit subdued... and there are more BL/ yaoi in the yonkoma >_< | ||

An anime with a slice of life theme like Mushishi with more action and comedy. Recommended to those who look for an uncomplicated plot but still manages to entertain. Full of Japanese folklore. | ||

the first season: it's good but the last episode ruined it. the second season: also good, but the filler last episode sucks. OVA: Tokyo Revelations: Much higher art quality, more violence( lol. Sakura...),and more faithful to the manga. But those who haven't read that part of the manga might be confused. Shunraiki: More faithful to the manga, and has a cliff hanger ending. ... hope there's a continuation >_< | ||

Series: The episodes are brutally awesome! Lesser violence compared to the movie. HAS an ending (unlike the manga, still
on hiatus). Movie: Short, lacks character development, much detailed and fluid animation, more brutal scenes ( Kotori decapitation dream. what the...), one survivor, tragic, and has a different ending from the series. | ||

First Season: typical ghost/ supernatural mystery for the day type of episodes, funny tandem of Doumeki and Watanuki....
and Yuuko. Just Yuuko >_< Second Season: shorter (13 episodes), some have two part episodes while some still have mystery for the day episodes. Ending not too faithful to the manga. Movie: Nice concept and art. but sometimes the animation looks weird(especially when they panic) Shunmuki: Follows the manga more closely... and you'll see Watanuki and Doumeki get closer with each other >_< Rou: much darker and follows the manga more. No more Yuuko =_= | ||
